pick myself up, dust myself off...

it's time to admit my fears, stop denying my hurt, teach myself to get over it, to be my own safe person now, stop relying on others to cheer me up, time to embrace the journey, always land on my feet, i get to choose whether to be a victim or a victor, live in the moment, no sweating or beating myself up about the past, and don't look to far into the future because there is no control over that, knowledge is power, unleash the side of me that's nice, keep on the straight and narrow, appreciate each day, learn how to slow down, do nothing and feel good about it, believe in myself, go deep inside of myself and take a look at who i really am, i'm not better than anybody else, i'm no smarter, unlearn the bad that i've learned, sometimes i just have to say no, Take Back My Life!
